• PIPES : All pipes used are A class virgin galvanised steel confirming to IS:1239 (part 1) of reputed make only.
• FRP : Fiber Glass Reinforced Plastic is made of best quality polyester resin and virgin Quality standard glass mat. The overall thickness is generally 3 to 6 mm.
• Fasteners : Bolts and nuts are totally galvanised.
• Fabrication : Welding is done by Electric arc / CO2 / DC rectifier using best quality welding rods confirming to IS:814. All sharp edges are properly grounded and coated with epoxy sealant for rust resistance.
• Painting : All Equipments are powder coated/spray painting using best quality auto finish synthetic paints.

• Limited 5 years warranty on stainless steel and aluminum parts, casting.
• Limited 2 years warranty on other metal components and parts.
• Limited 1.5 years warranty on all plastic and FRP components and hard ware.
• Limited 1.5 year warranty on all other moving parts not covered above.
• The warranty stated above is valid only if the equipments are installed by PlayMate Systems or as per installation instructions furnished by PlayMate Systems.
• This warranty does not cover cosmetic items (such as scratches, dent, marring, fading, discolouring, and weathering), paint or decorations, normal wear and tear, or damage due checking and warping.

To make claim under the terms of warranty, the buyers written statement of claim along with the copy of the original invoice and supporting photograph must be sent to PlayMate Systems, S-14 Building no 4C Sagar Industial Estate Dhumal Nagar, Waliv Vasai(East) 401208.
